By accessing or using Buddy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
These terms govern your use of all features of the Buddy mobile application.
We may update these terms at any time. If you continue to use Buddy after changes, you accept the new terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Buddy.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately.
Buddy is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with account security.
Content & Conduct
You must not post illegal, harmful, abusive, explicit, misleading, or copyrighted content.
All activity and shared content must comply with applicable laws and community standards.
Prohibited Behavior
No harassment, impersonation, or spam. Do not manipulate Buddy’s systems or share personal information without consent.
Prohibited behaviors include attempting to bypass security, spreading malware, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
Moderation & Enforcement
Buddy may remove content or suspend or ban users who violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Buddy is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for damages or user interactions arising from use of the app.
You use Buddy at your own risk. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Premium Subscription
Paid subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the end of the billing period.
Premium features become unavailable after the subscription ends.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Buddy means you accept the updated terms.
